2. How do I advise you what I want on the badges?
We will contact you by e-mail within 24 hours of you buying the badges, to confirm your order and ask what you want on the badges. Or you can send the details (photo, wording etc) to us before you buy, on an e-mail to: and ask for a sample badge to be made free of charge.

3. Should I crop the photo before I send it to you?
No, please do not crop the photo or reduce the size. The larger the photo the better chance we will have of creating a sharp image.

4. I don't have a digital camera or scanner, can I send a photo to you by post?
Yes, if you post the photo to us we can scan it for you, to create a digital image free of charge.

5. Can I have different wording on each of the badges?
Yes, each badge can have different words. The price is the same, whether you choose to have the same words or different words on the badges.

6. The words I want on the badges are a bit rude. Is this OK?
Yes, we have made hundreds of badges for Hen Nights, so we are unlikely to be shocked!

7. How soon will I receive the badges?
We aim to send out orders within 2 days of the order being placed.

8. What packaging will the badges be sent out in?
The badges are wrapped in protective bubble wrap, and sent out in an A5 size jiffy bag. All our orders are sent by First Class post, or Air Mail for overseas orders. If you require them to be sent by next day Special Delivery, or Recorded Delivery, then just let us know.

9. How will I know when the badges have been posted to me?
On the day that the badges are posted we send our customers an e-mail,to let them know that they are on their way.

10. Are the different designs all the same price?
Yes, all our personalised badges are the same price, regardless of what design you choose.

11. Can I have a different design?
Yes, we can make badges from your own design, or we can design a badge for you at no extra cost.

12. Can you make a badge from my company logo?
Yes, we can make badges from company logos, emblems, school badges etc

13. Can I pay by cheque or cash?
Unfortunately we do not accept cheques, postal orders or cash. PayPal securely processes payments for Dreamtrove. This means that you can pay without revealing your debit or credit card numbers, or your bank account details. It also allows us to process orders quickly.
